During his time at Brock, he gained extensive experience in strength and conditioning (S&C) coaching and spent time working as a pitch-side trainer for the men’s basketball and field lacrosse varsity teams. During his time working as an S&C coach, he had the opportunity to work with a variety of athletes ranging from amateur to elite level competition.

Jacob graduated from UCD with first-class honours in his master’s of Physiotherapy degree. He utilises evidence-based practice, with a mix of manual therapy and an emphasis on exercise prescription to provide personalised care for each patient, to help guide them towards recovery and peak performance.

Outside of his professional role, Jacob leads an active lifestyle with a passion for training, giving him firsthand insight into the importance of maintaining physical fitness.
